Yolanda sits on a stool and fastens her garters (#1).  She stands and continues to fasten her garters.  This is probably the first time she has ever used garters in her life (#2).  She kneels on a rubber spike pillow and crosses her hands behind her back.  A shoe-shine stand is beside her.  Her nipples pop out of the corset (#3).   She lifts one knee, tucks her nipples back in (#4), and fastens another garter (#5).  She looks up at the camera and smiles (#6).
